Section 28
Expenditure of Bhaipari money according to the approved procedures
Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the amount under the heading of Bhaipari allocated in the budget by the Government of Nepal for the Commission shall be spent based on the procedures made by the Commission with the agreement of the Government of Nepal and the Ministry of Finance.
